How to use

Clean your face and ensure it’s dry before use.

Unfold the chin strap with the black blocks facing upwards (the deeper side).

Position your chin between the black blocks and pull up. Secure the velcro around your head and adjust as needed.

Place your ears into the slots on the strap, secure the velcro behind your head, and adjust for a comfortable fit.

Customize the tightness using the reinforcement stickers. Start with a looser fit for the first use.

Clean the strap 1-2 times per week by soaking it in lukewarm water. Optionally, use soap or detergent, but avoid rubbing.
